The most important part of a successful partnership is the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently. That is why every client site has a full-time qualified project manager to oversee your facility. All of our project managers are equipped with Nextel™ 2-way radio/cell phones and are available 24 hours a day 7 days per week. In addition, they will have a personal computer on site that will allow them to respond to your email requests and provide you detail, up to the minute information regarding your facility. If at any time you feel you are not getting the service that we guarantee, rest assured that our executive staff is also available 24/7 and just a phone call away. |

One of our strongest tools is our Quality Assurance program that your project manager will perform on a daily basis at your facility. These quality assurance scores are available for your review at any time and will be provided to you in a weekly report that is submitted to the President of WMI, the General Manager as well as any distribution list you provide. In addition to these daily quality assurance checks, someone from our executive staff will make tours of your facility on a regular basis and meet with you and the project manager to discuss any issues or service enhancements that we may be able to provide.
