One of our strongest tools is our Quality Assurance Program. Together with you, we develop standards of performance by which the quality of our services can be measured. These QA reports and scores are available for your review at any time and are also included in a weekly report from your project manager. Because every customer is important to WMI, these weekly reports are also submitted to our General Manager and the President of WMI for review.
     
A local supervisor and project manager using our quality inspection forms conducts inspections on a daily basis. These inspections are submitted to the president of WMI as well as the General Manager and can be submitted to you electronically on a daily or weekly basis for your review and feedback. In addition, someone from our executive staff will tour your facility on a regular basis with the project manager and also meet with you to discuss any issues or services that we may be able to provide.
